The Asset Point Implementation Promise is delivered in a three phase approach: Business Needs Analysis, Total Project Management and Knowledge Transfer and Training.

Phase 1: Business Needs Analysis

  • Your business objectives, corporate organization and IT support structure
  • Current operational processes from procurement through disposal

  • Integration of Asset Point with your future state processes to optimize results

At the conclusion of the Business Needs Analysis phase, our analysts will deliver a business requirements document detailing our analysis and recommendations.

Phase 2: Total Project ManagementSM

Our Total Project ManagementSM methodology ensures that Asset Point solutions are implemented effectively, on schedule, within budget and according to the highest standards of quality. Our Project Managers are Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, trained in Align's methodologies and proficient in using industry standard software and cutting-edge tools. An Asset Point solution implementation can include:

  • Gather company-specific information, such as organizational structure and employee data
  • Install and customize the Asset Point application
  • Provide on-site staff augmentation (Optional)
  • Perform physical inventory (Optional)
  • Verify and load company-specific and asset data
  • Generate graphics and reports

Phase 3: Knowledge Transfer and Training
