• Identify leased assets to avoid lost asset penalties, overpayments, and other issues with lease expirations
• Reduce costs through applying depreciation deductions using a variety of depreciation methods
• Develop allocation methodologies for the depreciation costs associated with your assets
• Determine and generate asset valuations for annual insurance questionnaires and claim processing
