This analysis enables the creation of a plan that includes best-practice processes, the usage and updating of tools and an implementation project plan.
The major phases of a Business Process Analysis project include Scoping and Process Planning, Preliminary Design, Testing and Implementation and Deployment. During each of the phases, Align will identify and recommend enhancements to work activities and workflows, roles and responsibilities, asset-oriented business policies, tools and data integration.
